Free delivery on orders over an invoice value of £150.
Free delivery is for UK mainland and subject to a location check via our courier.
Damages and Shortages must be reported within 7 days.
Credit must be paid for within 30 Days.
Trade accounts must pay in full before goods can be shipped.
Due to the nature of our business we often receive fewer numbers of a titles than we order and stock can run out by the time your order is placed, all our stock is subject to availability.
On orders you place where titles are no longer in stock, we will deduct from your order and may contact you if we have a substitute.
We cannot guarantee to contact you if a title cannot be supplied you will only receive the stock we have.
We do not offer a tracking service for your goods, please specify if you need notice of delivery, otherwise we will send the delivery without notification, failure to receive your parcel from our courier could result in a charge for a second attempt.
We can offer you a delivery date but this is not guaranteed and we need prior notification.
The majority of our stock is remainder which means it could have been on sale at full price or an over order from a publisher, the quality of the books is always checked by our warehouse, please be aware that some books could have a small mark to indicate it is a remainder, this is how we offer our stock at a fraction of the published price, We cannot refund stock that has been marked in this way but will of course refund if the book is damaged. The remainder indication mark will be a very small black dot somewhere on the book itself.
Our Warehouse is open Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:30pm and is closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm. All enquiries must be within the days and times stated.
Turn around time for orders is usually Five to Seven working days, we are always happy to accommodate so please specify if you require a faster delivery. we usually pick and pack orders on Mondays.
Some of our stock is ordered from publishers as new printed if we don’t have a particular title in stock we will order more and this could delay your delivery.
